The Building Safety Act (BSA)

The Building Safety Act (BSA) is an important law that's shaking things up for building owners, managers, and residents alike. It's introducing a whole bunch of new rules around fire safety and building standards, especially for taller buildings over 18 meters or seven stories high.

On top of that, the BSA gives the government the power to bring in more rules, like the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.

These regulations add extra responsibilities for the Responsible Person, such as regularly checking fire doors and making sure there are clear signs to guide people in case of emergency.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by all these new responsibilities, don't worry! We're here to help. Our team at Habitare can take care of some of these tasks for you, so you can focus on other important things.

Rest assured, we're always keeping a close eye on the latest requirements to make sure we're providing the best guidance possible to keep everyone safe.
