We are a customer-driven block management company that prioritises the safety and happiness of our residents above all else. We are a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the laws, regulations, and health and safety requirements associated with residential block management.
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Administrative Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity for a young individual with aspirations of becoming a budding entrepreneur in the property industry sector.
- Assist in organising and maintaining property management records and documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from tenants, property owners, and vendors.
- Support the team in preparing and distributing property-related communications.
- Assist with scheduling property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Help maintain an organized office environment by managing office supplies and equipment.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and liaise with external agencies.
- Participate in team meetings, taking notes and assisting with action item follow-up.
- Learn about financial aspects of property management, including service charge collections.
- Engage in learning opportunities to develop a strong understanding of property management principles.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current enrolment in a high school program or recent high school graduate (Age 16 or 17).
- Some interest in the property management sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Some experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to a collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
